please seek support whether that be with or another therapy service please get assist counseling and treatment in general is essential and so useful um for us since i know personally you understand i manage a lot and you know my stress and anxiety in some cases it gets the very best of me you understand and it always feels good to have an expert help you understand um i’m the type of individual that i do not want to put or vent or put so much on the people that i love that’s close to me like i don’t want to drain them with my problems although i will go to them if it’s something like damaging and i require to talk about you understand but i’m just not the person to call someone every day like oh i’m so stressed out or you know like oh like i simply seem like that’s.

draining pipes so that’s why i looked for counseling i looked for a therapist um was always pointed out in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i enjoy her um she constantly recommended it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i resemble you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some expert aid um simply some guidance just somebody to listen to me um while i vent you understand i simply required that assistance so i resembled let me give a try and um so i signed up with the regular monthly subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was assigned a therapist and you know she sends a message that generally says like um hey there welcome um inform me about yourself i sent a short introduction about who i am um why i selected for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another reaction because everything was online so it’s like messaging back and forth which is quite hassle-free um even though i am in person sort of person i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m likewise a bad texter so like this really wasn’t for me but i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i told her about me and things like that she you know informed me.

about herself and then she informed me that i might arrange our very first meeting um she sent me the dates that she was offered which resembled a week from this time that we were talking um so everything was a week out so i sent her back a reaction and i was like hey i selected this date which was like one of the options that she had so she verified it she sent me like a verification email stating like this is your first meeting with your counselor and what to expect and what to you know bring and be gotten ready for so i was so thrilled like i had actually journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i desired guidance on or much like what i wished to talk about so the day that we’re supposed to meet we’re doing a virtual.
